All milk and even all of the products made from milk are part of the milk group; this includes milk, cheese, yogurt, and even ice cream.    You should choose the low-fat products much more often because the products that are not of low-fat are considered discretionary calories.
For the 1600 calorie plan 5 ounces of grains are recommended.  You should eat something like oat meal for breakfast, a sandwich (whole wheat) for lunch and some spaghetti for dinner.  After eating all of this your grain needs will probably be filled.

healthy foods

I always thought that a Quaker chewy bar was a nice healthy snack; I was pretty much right.  It is not nearly as unhealthy as many other things people are eating.  There are very many chemicals on this wrapper that I can hardly pronounce and that I am certain aren’t very good for you.  Although,   It also adds more healthy items, for example, it uses whole wheat flour instead of the less healthy white or bleached; and non fat dried milk.
