I always thought that a Quaker chewy bar was a nice healthy snack; I was pretty much right. It is not nearly as unhealthy as many other things people are eating. There are very many chemicals on this wrapper that I can hardly pronounce and that I am certain aren’t very good for you. Although, It also adds more healthy items, for example, it uses whole wheat flour instead of the less healthy white or bleached; and non fat dried milk.
